I don’t write because I’ve figured it all out. I write because I’m still learning, still wrestling, and still reaching for the grace that holds us together.

Thisday.co.za was born out of a desire to slow things down—to create space for honest reflection, thoughtful faith, and quiet courage in a loud and complicated world.

I know the Bible can be seen as divisive. But I believe it’s more than a book of rules—it’s a story of redemption. And like any good story, it invites us in, mess and all.

This isn’t a platform to preach at people or win debates. It’s a place to think deeply, feel freely, and see where heaven meets the dirt of our everyday lives.

If something here speaks to you, or helps you walk a little lighter, I’m grateful. That’s why I write.

“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly… teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom… and whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus.”
— Colossians 3:16–17
